TLS Emergency Equipment is a family-owned business that is a “one-stop shop” offering top-quality fire and rescue equipment. We also provide custom firefighter badges and uniform insignia for fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and security firms.

TLS was founded by Tina Schwab in March 2020, taking inspiration from our predecessor’s strong legacy and decades of experience. We have a passionate team who seeks out manufacturers that embody dedication, professionalism, and modern technology.

Tina Schwab has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and professional sales experience, including serving as Vice President of a Global Telecommunications Company. Tina, a Colorado native, and resident is no stranger to the fire service. She is the daughter of a retired Battalion Chief of the Aurora Fire Department. Additionally, her grandfather was the Assistant Chief of the Buckley Fire Department, and her brother-in-law was Fire Marshal for the Aurora Fire Department. She understands the rigorous needs of this industry, the importance of quality equipment and tools, and the driving forces of the purchase decisions.
